Black Pearl Villa is one of the two Elounda Pearls Villas located in the picturesque village of Elounda in Crete, each one designed in order to provide 100% privacy.
The Villa covers 220 m2 and its architectural style smoothly blends the traditional with the urban-tech way of living and boasts 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 guests.

Ground Floor

Black Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open plan area, consisted of the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious and airy and it offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table for all guests.

The living room and dining area also offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors.

Furthermore, 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, are also available on this floor, one of which also opens up to the pool terrace. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have orthopaedic mattresses. Finally, there is a family bathroom with double sinks, shower cabin and hydromassage.

Lower Floor

On the lower floor an additional siting area with home cinema, satellite HDTV, free WI-FI connection, CD and DVD players, guarantee to keep you entertained during your holidays. Furthermore, a gym, equipped with a treadmill, weights and a multi gym machine is also at your disposal. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available.

First Floor

The first floor is complemented by an amazing master bedroom with a king sized double bed, offering stunning sea views, as well as an an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub, double open showers, as well as a toilet room. The bedroom also provides access to a veranda with beautiful sea views.

Outdoor Layout
The outdoor area of Black Pearl Villa is beautifully landscaped, perfectly suited for experiencing great sunset moments, as it enjoys panoramic views of Elounda bay and Spinaloga peninsula. More specifically, the outdoor area features a variety of amenities which include: - a 40 m² private, infinity swimming pool, which can also be heated with an additional charge of 50€ per day. The pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
